Founded in 1990, the men’s professional International Racquetball Tour (IRT) features 300 players competing in over 20 Top-Tier and more than 50 Satellite tournaments in Latin America, the United States, and Canada. Pro/Am tournaments draw professional, amateur, and college entrants during the September through May competitive season. Pro/Am tournaments can draw over 700 professional, collegiate, and amateur players from juniors to master competitors. The amateur players compete in age and skill divisions ranging from beginner to open level for both singles and doubles.
The men’s professional International Racquetball Tour (IRT) team members are led by CEO Mike Grisz, and the investors. Together they make major decisions, develop long-term strategies, and build relationships with everyone involved with the IRT. In addition to the staff, the IRT Team includes the countless volunteers, supporters, fans, partners, tournament directors and others who bring the best racquetball in the world to clubs across North America and into our homes via YouTube and Facebook Live.

Bring the IRT to a Club Near You
Ever wonder how to get the best players in the world to your hometown? IRT events are the largest and most exciting tournaments in the sport because the energy extends from the top (very approachable) pros to local players, families, and fans as they watch and mingle in and around the courts. The pro/am format allows amateurs to have the chance to play different skill and age divisions, or take on the guys at the top.
The benefits last long after IRT players dive, spring, and lunge for ball speeds nearing 200 miles per hour, and build member retention, sponsor benefits, and marketing opportunities. Whether you’re an event director who wants to grow participation and add excitement to your event, a club owner looking to add marketing and promotional value to your business, or a first-timer host, the IRT can help. The IRT partners with the event director to provide staff to manage the entire process and event from fundraising, developing a logo, to onsite assistance during the event.
