The 2013 Party With the Pros Tournament takes place April 11-14 in the vibrant city of St. Louis, Missouri. A few months back I wrote about a typical day on the court, revealing some of my on-court secrets. Today, I’m going to share a typical day of training outside the court.
Ideally, you want to get into a state of total concentration and focus on the court because that is when you play your best and develop a winning game. Concentration is total awareness, giving your undivided or fixed attention to the game. Focus is the narrowing of concentration onto a specific thought, idea, or object to a central point.
