IRT Heading South
Washington, MO- The International Racquetball Tour (IRT) is heading to the lonestar state for the 2018 IRT March Madness: Racquetball Tournament. From March 1-4, the Tour will be at the Thousand Oaks Family YMCA in San Antonio, Texas for the eighth Tier 1 tournament of the 2017-2018 season.
After shocking the world with his first major Tier 1 championship in Sioux Falls, South Dakota at the 40th Annual Lewis Drug Pro/Am, Alejandro Landa, from El Paso, Texas will be expected to compete in front of his home state fans. Another local legend from Austin, Texas who will be expected to compete at the March Madness Tournament is the number one ranked player in the world, Kane Waselenchuk. Waselenchuk did not compete at the Lewis Drug Pro/Am due to an injury to his knee and will be looking to make up for his absence in Texas. #2 ranked player in the world, Rocky Carson from Ladera Ranch, California will not be in attendance in San Antonio due to a previous contractual obligation.
